Ambassa, District HQ Dhalai is connected by Helipads located in Dalubari (3KM from HQ), Kamalpur(40KM from HQ), Gandacherra(55KM from HQ) & Longtharai Valley(30KM from HQ). Ambassa(Station Code: ABSA) have daily train service from Agartala and Silchar, Assam. Tripura Sundari Express runs from Anand Vihar(ANVT) every Monday. Humsafar Express runs every Friday from Benguluru(BNC). Kanchanjunga Express run every Thursday & Sunday from Sealdah(SDAH).

Tripura Road Transport Corporation runs daily bus services from Agartala. Various private bus and car operators are available from Chandrapur Motorstand, Agartala for Ambassa.
